El paquete emplea el emulador de MS-DOS DOSBox y su interfaz D.B.G.L.
Se incluyen más de 600 juegos. El criterio es evidentemente subjetivo, pero se ha intentado incluir la mayor cantidad posible de géneros, incluyendo juegos arcade, de
plataformas, carreras, mata-mata en 3D, deportivos, aventuras gráficas, etc. Incluso los conversacionales y los juegos de rol están bien representados.
Las aventuras gráficas y los juegos de Rol son, siempre que ha sido posible, versiones en castellano e incluyen soluciones completas.
Los simuladores incluyen la lista de teclas o los manuales.
Cuando no ha sido posible localizar versiones crackeadas, se han incluido las claves.

INTRUCCIONES
descargar la versión adecuada (WINDOWS, LINUX o MAC)
Una vez descargado, descomprimir el programa en cualquier carpeta y ejecutar DBGL.CMD o LAUNCH.EXE
(bajo Windows) o DBGL.SH (bajo Linux). Los usuarios de Mac deben arrastrar el icono de D.B.G.L. a la carpeta de aplicaciones antes de ejecutarlo.
Antes que nada, ponemos D.B.G.L. en castellano. Esto se hace desde File –> Adjust Settings –> General –> Internationalization. A continuación, reiniciamos D.B.G.L.
Ahora toca descomprimir los archivos que he puesto para descarga. Al terminar debemos tener tres archivos, Juegos # – K.dbgl.zip, Juegos L – Q.dbgl.zip y
Juegos R – Z.dbgl.zip. No hay que descomprimirlos.
Volvemos a D.B.G.L. y escogemos Archivo –> Importar, y seleccionamos cualquiera de los tres archivos. Aparecerá un asistente que nos preguntará qué juegos queremos
instalar. Repetimos la operación con cada paquete.
Además de los juegos de los paquetes, es posible añadir y quitar juegos a nuestro antojo.
Para eliminar juegos, seleccionamos los perfiles y apretamos la tecla Suprimir. A continuación vamos a la carpeta dosroot y eliminamos manualmente las carpetas de los juegos.
Para añadir un juego (tiene que ser un juego de MS-DOS), copiamos su carpeta dentro de la carpeta dosroot y a continuación usamos el botón de "Añadir perfil" del menú principal.
Las fotitos del juego para el perfil se obtienen pulsando Impr. pant. durante el juego.

Para ese paquete en concreto se necesita hacer varias cosas:
1) Instalar la versión no oficial de DOSBox de ykhwong y añadirla a la sección "Versiones de DOSBox".
2) Copiar el archivo glide2x.ovl de la carpeta de DOSBox de ykhwong a DOSROOT.
3) En la sección "Versiones de DOSBox", edita la entrada de la versión de ykhwong y en "Parámetros" escribe esto: -nogui
Después de esto ya se podrá jugar a cualquier juego que use aceleración 3DFX, bastará con escoger la versión de DOSBox de ykhwong en lugar de la de por defecto.
